This is one of the key reasons why the South African Department of Basic Education introduced Coding & Robotics into the CAPS curriculum.

Many people still think Coding & Robotics is simply about teaching children how to write computer programs. In reality, the subject develops a much broader set of skills that learners will use throughout their lives.
